I have Iberis Sempervirens / Candtuft growing under an ash tree . It was here when we got this house 13 years ago . Every May it has put on a wonderful display . The white blooms are almost luminous in the late evening light . This year just a feeble display of about 1/4 of the flowers . Is it possible to rejuvenate this little star ?
I have noticed that the Ivy in the top garden bed has gone berserk this year. The Candytuft is intertwined with it . Could this have any effect ? I will be cutting the ivy right back over the next two months to a minimum level.

    TIA
