Printer was installed and working but I decided to install a pdf convertor which uses a virtual printer. The pdf convertor failed to install which seems to have affected the Dell and maybe corrupted the registry ?
I now keep getting error messages saying I need to insert the driver disc when I try to print but when I do it does not contain the apparently missing file which is dlhsnziu.dll
I have tried deleting printer and re-installing but now cannot get it to install at all because it keeps stopping at above error message.
Computer works ok apart from printer problem .
    Any ideas solutions much appreciated.

I haven't used Windows in over 10 years now, so I am searching the gray matter here ! Take a look in your printer folder in Control Panel, right click the printer and click on Properties, look at the setting to check which ports are being used for your virtual printer and your physical printer. I use Linux which has all that stuff as standard so I have never come across this problem. I hope this helps you.

Fortunatley was able to back up all documents prior to re-installing so not too much pain involved.
Lesson learnt be careful what you download.
