Can't upload photos

    I have tried to follow the directions for uploading photos but it wont happen. Please can someone help.

    Is some of that guidance out of date?, because I didn't think that deleting a pic on your hard drive (or even a camera card) from where it had been uploaded resulted in that image also being removed from Photobucket:
