capsis radicans

:rolleyes: Hi, Im new here, but need advice.
I've had a capsis radicans for over four years now and its never reached more than 4 feet high and never flowered.
Its on a south facing pergola and I've watered it in dry spells, fed it once yearly in Spring. It gets leaves and returns every year.
Why wont it grow more, why no flowers?
Can anyone help?
