Carder bee? ....I think

    Not so common in our garden compared to bumble bees.
    Hard to get a good clear shot as it kept moving as did the sunflower it was feeding on.

    Don't know if it is a Carder Bee or not, Dave, but I do know that they are wonderful shots of it. :gnthb:

    The third one is exceptional - just look at all the pollen it has collected, a whole bagful on the back leg and the detail of the furry coat - wow!
