Carrot 'Parmex'

    As these Carrots 'Parmex' are small ball shaped carrots, is it possible to grow them in seed trays or cell trays for the duration? If so, what type of soil would you use?

    I've never grown carrots in containers but if I had no choice then I'd go for a soil based compost like John Innes.
