Hi All.Just realised I made a c... up.:) I am as you may of gathered planting my first veggies in containers this year so I chose carefully,or so I thought.
For the carrots I chose "Atlas" and I know they grow round rather than long so I thought not such a big container needed. For some reason I thought they grew a bit smaller them a tennis ball.I have now found out they are grow to around inch to one half inches, bite size literally.
I can just imagine my wife face when I pull 3-4 marble size carrots for the salad.
I think it is back to the drawing board to choose a more traditional carrot for the containers:) :):) :)
