Obviously missing the other cat, and feels more secure in the pot. Cats sleep where they want to and will pick the oddest places. One of mine despite being given a nice soft nest to sleep in sleeps on the washing basket in the Bathroom:cat-kittyandsmiley:

Actually , no she dragged in a soft toy , lots of balls and so on :cat-kittyandsmiley:
It`s actually so sad that she spend lots of time near the garden door , waiting for her mum and little brother.

Did you rehome Steve, Sal? She is missing her sibling, bless.:cat-kittyandsmiley:

            Lovely cathouse you made.

Armandii, when we 'lose' one of ours, we always look in the dirty linen basket (one of these folding canvas things) and often that is where the little minikie is soundly sleeping!

That sounds about right, Victoria:snork::cat-kittyandsmiley: Also if I happen to leave a coat or fleece on a chair or somewhere you can guarantee that within minutes there's a cat sleeping on it. :ideaIPB: Speaking of which, Sal, try putting a old garment, that has your scent on it, with the cat and it'll be a lot happier and feel more secure.:snork:

My little girl tends to sleep in one spot for a while and then moves on to a different spot. At the moment she is on the arm of the couch. She will use that spot for a few days and then move to somewhere like in the cat carrier or curled up in a ball next to the stairs. Always moving every few days. The boys, on the other hand, tend to have regular spots they like to settle in.
