As I started this corner, thought I might as well take mine out of the dog section and put my little fella here ..

Aawww! sweeet! He looks very lovable!

These are my three except Prudence, the old girl in the middle, who is now deceased - [IMG] - she died a few months ago aged over 17 years.

The other two are Oscar (top) and TomTom who are learning to live together bit by bit!

Lovable isn't the word. He's 11 this September and he still sleeps IN the bed, usually curled up to my tummy ... a real Mummy's boy.

I love it how yours all have their own "eating space". My three all ate out of the same big plate with no problems. I tried separate dishes but that somehow didn't work. I had planned to ask who yours was .. now I know .. it's TomTom. He's a beaut. T'other half always fancied a Calico (usually female, right?).

Sorry about Prudence, she looks lovely. I called my sports car, an old Austin Healey Sprite. Prudence after the Beatles song!

Your Oscar reminds me of my twins ... Skwij (the boy) died in 2004 aged just 13, and his sister, Puschka, died this past December aged 14. She was very ill the entire time since his death with heart and lung problems, on four different medications a day (thank God we were in Portugal when all this occurred as we couldn't have afford ed the English vet's bills). Our friends in London just wrote and said their Nelly just went a couple of weeks ago aged 19. The oldest we know is our friend in America whose Merlin died aged 25 !!!! (we knew this cat as a babe)

Anyway, here's my recently lost babes ...

We don't have children (by choice) but cats have always brought joy to our lives and we can't imagine life without them.

    Long live cats ...

Carlos and Pep abandoned as kittens in a cardboard box and dumped in a field.Happily rescued by my son whilst walking his dog.
I was not overly looking forward to them coming to live with us when my sons living arrangements changed but now love them to bits and they have taken over the house!!

Stingo, what a beautiful duo! I guess you tell them apart by the splodges on the faces? Does Pep also have the white feet? Reminds me of our Penguin before the white ones.

jj .. I just love the boxing matches cats get into sitting up on their haunches and being real angry .. then acting like nothing happened later on!

Yes he does LOL and that one is Carlos, named by my son!

That is one way we tell them apart and the other is that Pep needs to go on a diet :D
    but it's so difficult..

Oops, sorry, Stingo, I went left to right ... a nice name ... very popular here, ha, ha! What pampered pussy (no pun intended!) needs to go on a diet ???!!!! You can't help but love these clean "I'm my own 'personality'" critters.

Oh, Roders, what a shine on your helpers! It's funny how the black (lots of black) ones just gleam ... all on their own ... without us washing them !!! Your Tootsie looks and "sounds" like our Magic Sam.

Aaahh, I love them all ... my original plan was to come here and have a Cat House taking in all and sundry; but I can't do it, I'd have to keep them all! There are about a half dozen charities here taking in the abandoned dogs and cats (of which there are many and I hate to say abandoned mostly by the English because of the quarantine laws). We support the charties and feed any strays we see .... many dogs live in orchards or on roadsides surviving however they can and loving it when someone brings them food and water. It's very sad. I wish I were rich ....

    Hey, it's the 40,000,000 euro rollover tomorrow and I've got tickets ... ??? .... maybe ...

Oh, forgot to say, all of my cats are / have been "gardeners" and have to "assist" me in all the chores from dead-heading / leafing to digging or even just wandering around examining everything ... wonderful! They either follow me or I have to carry them around bouncing them ??!!
