    how to stop cats using pergola posts as scratching posts please?

    yes, well they like the pergola, i suggested wrappin sisal rope round pergola too!,,,,,,, that would take about 1000m

    Our cat used my Cherry tree and made a heck of a mess so I wrapped plastic coated mesh around the trunk...and then grew Sweetpeas up through it.
    The cat decided that the clothes line pole was a better option after that ;)
