cauliflower.

    got a few in pots doing ok but one pot the heads on the caulis are discolouring like a tint of pinkish, any help plz.

    If its getting damaged by the sun (what sun?!) I think the normal suggestion is to break off a leaf and place that over the cauliflower's head

    Did you plant pink ones?

    When mine have discoloured in the past it has only been to yellow not pink.

    pink cauliflower never seen em before they were a good size,well one of them was, so i cooked em cauliflower cheese and i must say they were delicious.
    i have got one other from the same tub which is doing the same, which ive left-so il take a pic tomorrow.

    I just picked some caulis that were turning pink :confused:. I don't know what variety they are because they were given to me. They cooked up OK :thumb: :)
