Wowcha wiseowl, what a gorgeous sight. I am quite a newbe at growing veg and haven't even attempted Caulis yet as I was told they were quite tricky. I LOVE Cauliflower , maybe my favourite vegetable, will have to give them a go next year. Is there anywhere on the net that has an idiot's guide to how to grow them?

Nice one @wiseowl - is that container grown or straight in the ground? I don't remember seeing a veg bit in your garden before but maybe I was just dazzled by the roses ;)

Another note from me to look out for idiots' guide next spring. I've only tried caulis once and they didn't do well at all. One of my favourite veggies, very versatile.

Blimey! Mine are not much more than seedlings at the moment - should I have started them a lot earlier then?

That looks so pristine, completely untouched by insects and the like. Hope mine turn out like that. Do you remember when you sowed these? I know that cauli's dont like too much hot or cold, so you must've sown them quite early

Wow, beautiful specimens, only grew them once myself. Tried for 3 years after that, I think it was beginners luck:noidea:
