Caution, lawn obsessive

    Uh-oh. I've just realised that I am, in fact, a lawn obsessive. I quite happily just spent half an hour sitting on the lawn picking out weeds, finding myself extraordinarily content.

    Maybe I should start a club? '30-something lawn obsessives'?

    I believe there is a ten step programme, unfortunately, in one way or another, we are all on that programme-and keep failing to get past step 5.

    I am a bit of a soil Nazi myself.

    lol i haven't got any weeds in my lawn but i've been round hand picking leaves and slate chippings off it today

    Only half an hour??? What a slacker! I spend many happy hours hand digging weeds from my lawn. I'd be a founder member of your club but I'm afraid it would have to be renamed "60-something lawn obsessives".

    It wasn't so much the length of time or the activity, it was the realisation that I enjoyed it sooo much just sitting on the lawn doing it! Maybe it should be xx-something lawn obsessives! (but not xxx-something lawn obsessives lol)
