What the heck! I threw some seeds into a seed bed just to see, now they've germinated, what do I do next? :(

Learn to tell the difference between your seedlings and weed seedlings and pull one lot out [IMG] I don't think they are hardy enough to survive outside in very cold weather so as they've germinated a cloche will be required. Usually the young plants are put out round about June.

The seed bed is in my greenhouse terrier and they are definitely celeriac seedlings!

Being a bit further south, can I risk planting out early May, hardening off late April?

They are doing well in the greenhouse, will try transplanting them in a week or so.
