    My ceropegia woodii I have just noticed some seed pods on it can any one tell me how long they take to ripen I wouldnt want to loose them all over the greenhous floor

    I've no idea as mine has never produced any. Produced plenty of aerial tubers though.............

    They should take 2/3 weeks, but, in winter, it could be longer. Then the "horns" will split down one side and release the seeds. each attached to a fluffy parachute.
    Unusual that you have pods, as usually you need 2 clones and the pollination mechanism is quite complicated.

    :dancy: Thanks for replies I will keep a close watch on them or maybe tie a small paper bag around them . I was was surprised to see pods on them there 2 about 2inchs long and another two about 1 1/2 inchs
