What is the aspect of it? I ma wondering because if it is only 4 metres wide and is in front of a two storey house then it could be subject to shade -you do mention there is a lot of moss which made me wonder. On the other hand if it faced South then it would get pretty hot in summer.

Have decided on the plan landscaper has been up we just have to conform date with him other than that looking forward.we are really pleased with what he has come up.

As there is a lot of material and new plants included inhis price ripping up what we have and recycling some of my own plants and all my sprign bulbs.

Shall post before at different stage and after photos.

Think it will happen around end of March Early April.

Hi Scotkat, when i wanted to landscape our back garden i went to lots of libraries from many different districts and got simply loads of books on garden ideas and it really helped me get the garden i wanted. [IMG]

Hi WG as we are also in middle of doing back ourselves getting someone in to do the front.

We made a start at back last summer we have a big back garden. We are getting it the way we want and we did pitch in with ideas to our landscaper and between the three of us have come up with what we want.

This is a part of my inheritence that is paying for my front garden.I am very pleased with how it is going to turn our a little bit more easy maintance free as a lot to tend to at back of house.
