Changing signature probs

Hi, I have just tried to change my signature, but when I click on Update Profile I get the following
message:

"The date you provided does not seem to be valid. It may be a date in the future or a date that does not exist. Please ensure that you have filled out the form correctly."

I did not change anything except the signature and I've no idea which date it's referring to. Please help.

 

Just enter your birth date BT and then tick the box so that WE cant see it,then update profile...........
