Changing user name

If this is elsewhere then apologies but I've missed it.

Is it posible to change ones user name? I'm currently swanseadel, but no longer live in Swansea. Would much rather switch to Horsham Del. If not no worries.

I'd quite like mine to start with a Capital K - is that possible? I was presumably not concentrating when I registered ... :(
