    Hi,

As the title says-the leaves have just started to droop. When are they ready to dig up?

    Thanks

If the plants are turning yellow and dying back, then the plant isn't going to do much more growing and you can start harvesting soon.

If they are still healthy-ish, green looking but just a bit droopy, then it's possible they could just be lacking water.

When did you plant them? They should be ready to harvest after 3-4 months.

Dig some up now, Charlotte are a second early and should be ready when the flowers die back, so they will definately be ready now.
