I've made a frame a bit like a goal post to cover my border to keep the cats off.
Now all I need is some netting to go over it. I would like clear, but it's so expensive! Need 6mx2m. Cheapest I can find is 6mx3m for £16.50 with p+p
This is stuff sold to cover ponds as gardening places don't seem to have it.
    Any suggestions?

What about Pea and Bean netting Daisy? That would be cheaper and do the same job.

Black is good for over ponds, but I think it will show up over a border. I already have a makeshift cover of green netting and it doesn't look good. Can you get clear pea and bean netting daitheplant?

Hi Daisy not sure if it will work well for you but one of the many things I have tried and works well for me is to use green wire netting that you can mold into a arch and just slot it over the border until the border fills up.

As I said this works really well and it also makes weeding very easy as you just lift it up and pop it back down when needed.

You can get the wire netting quite cheaply from wilko's and if you haven't got a local shop you can even order online now.Hel.xxx.

No, it tends to be green Daisy. But, because you have such a large mesh it would probably be less noticable than ordinary garden netting.
