I had two from my council when i phoned up to buy one i asked how large they were because one size was £4 and the other £6..so the lady on the phone said the £6 was 39 inches..so as i thought thats small..i asked for two..well when they arrived they were huge i dont know where she got the 39 inches from..so i gave one to a man down the road as i didnt have room for two...their was a letter in with this years council tax bills offering them...they also gave me a compost booklet and a fridge magnet with mine..
