Chevre Chaud Salad (Hot Goat's Cheese Salad )

    Goats cheese (preferably individual ones)
    Mixed salad leaves
    salad dressing
    drizzle of honey
    almonds/or walnuts
    raisins
    toasted rounds of bread ....(walnut/muesli bread is extra special with this dish)


    Prepare the salad leaves ....

    make salad dressing, Olive oil/ or walnut oil ...red wine vinegar / or raspberry vinegar .... ratio 4 oil/ 1 vinegar ..add a little mustard, salt/pepper ....taste ...add more ingredients to suit taste.... put to one side

    Lightly grill goats cheese .....but don't let it melt !!
    at the same time
    Toast bread rounds ...
    Toss Salad, add nuts ..

    On each plate - divide salad ...place toasted rounds on top, goats cheese on top of each round ... and drizzle a little honey on goats cheese .... scatter a few rasins .... Other fruit can be used ...eg grapes, cranberries ..
