Chinese Lantern seeds but...

I am going to buy a packet of Chinese lantern seeds but which ones are best to grow out side all year and survive the winter and best lantern producers?

or any other worth trying ?

I've got a load in a seed tray at the mo, would like to know also.

the seeds are really growing well and are about 6 inches high I have planted for now in a old huge rose pot, my question is do I pinch them out or just leave ???
