Serves 12, or 6 with second helpings.

Prep time about 20 mins, chill time 3 hrs.
Can be frozen in advance, keeps frozen for 1 month.

    75g butter
    225g digestive biscuits
600ml double cream and 50ml double or whip cream
250g of each white, milk and plain choclate.

Make biscuit base, melt butter and mix in crushed biscuits. Press into a 9" deep quiche dish.
Then melt the chocloates with 100mls of cream with each flavour, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool, when it begins to thicken, whip remainder of cream, dividing it between the three chocolate sauces, folding in slowly. Here you choose how to put on biscuit base, you can either layer it, or spoon in and swirl.
Put in fridge for 3hrs to set.
just before serving, whip up the extra double or whipping cream, pipe on a decoration and finish off with fresh strawberries with leaves on.

It's wonderful, silky but not too sickly.
