Hi, Gemini .. it's done with computers and light controllers. The problem is , if you live next door or across the road and don't like it, you are 'up the creek without a paddle' ... :halp:

But .. I think it is amazing .. pleased I live in Portugal and not California ... :hehe: ... although .. shut my mouth ... s00k t'other half is into this sort of thing ... :skp:
