Christmas & New Year Photo Comp 2012/13..!!!

I thought we could have a Christmas/New Year Photo comp which I am sure will attract many of you.. I just thought this might add extra interest over the holiday period & they will be included in the "End of the Year Gallery".. I hope you will all enjoy it..​

A quick Christmas competition to end the year would be rather fun... It can be a photo of anything as long as it has a link to Christmas or New Year...You are all very imaginative so I know there will be some interesting shots.. Gardens, family, pets,outings, weather, whatever you like as long as it is descent & within the rules....

The competition will run until Saturday 5thJanuary the winning photos will be displayed in our End of Year Gallery.. Please all, read the guidelines below before entering..!!

There is plenty of scope for everyone here I think... So all that remains for me to say is Happy Shooting & Good Luck...!!!

The competition is of course based on the Integrity & Honesty of the entrants first & foremost...!!

1. All entries to be submitted by 23.59Hrs on the stated day of the month of the competition.

2. You can enter up to five (5) pictures.

3. Give each photo a title

4. Photos can be corrected so as to bring out the best of your photo. Please note *Corrected* not *Enhanced *.
Cropping, text & borders if desired. Up to the individual.

5. Photos have to be taken within the current period of this competition & year 2012/13..
* "Competitors are advised that they should ensure that their camera's time and date function is set correctly as EXIF data attached to most images is available to moderators and other competitors. *

6. Any image deemed to be altered will be deleted.. Mods decision is final.

7.Post your photos within this thread for entry into the competition. Display your photo up to full size 600x800.. No thumbnails or links please..!

8. The winner will be decided by votes by the users of the forum.

Users Vote Guidelines below:-

1. Competitors cannot vote for any of their own photographs.

2. Competitors vote on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place basis with 1st place carrying 5 points 2nd place 3 points and 3rd place 1 point - The photograph with the most vote points wins etc 3. Competitors votes should not be cast until after the competition closes and be in before 11.59pm three days after the competition closes unless otherwise stated.
All members of the forum get a vote, not just those who've submitted pictures.
