Christmas potato seeds??

I thought I had bought some Christmas potato seeds from a recommended online seed company but there were issues with their ordering system, they didnt take payment so I didnt get the seeds.

Does anyone know where I could find some at this late date?

 

ebay, should deliver in 3 days, mine were fine, came up in 2 weeks.

Two of my local garden centres (Notcutts and Woodlands Garden Centre) have 'Autumn planting seed potatoes. Have new potatoes with your Christmas lunch'. It doesn't seem to say what variety they may be, but (on Saturday at least), they had loads, perhaps there's a garden centre near you which has some?

Just as a BTW - you might have to 'hunt' for them a bit, whilst these places had plenty in stock they were less easy to find than 'normal' seed potatoes and only came in very small quantity bags - 5's or 10's.

 

I checked the local Dobbies which is the only garden centre nearby that does potatoes but they dont stock this late apparently. I bought some on ebay. Don't need lots just a few to get us over winter and xmas.

I'm gutted the *cough* summer is over here and there's not much I like that I can grow over winter.
