Time ago , I was reading about how to make a mouthwash and they mention about cinnamon as pawerfull antibiotic and fungal killer ....but never used.
Be honest it`s not one of the cheapest spice , so I rekon the price is the same as sulpher , another one is honey , but i doubt you can use for plants .

But it would be interesting if let us know .

Yes, there are so many things you can use cinnamon for including ...

I personally have not tried rooting plants in cinnamon ... but it is certainly more available and cheaper here than rooting powders so may be worth a try!

I am only interested in non-chemical products so try all the various things. For the past year or two I have been using diluted milk that has 'gone off' to water my couple of prized rose bushes (Orange & Lemons, my headily-scented avatar, and Sunseeker, a dayglo scented multi-bloom orange climber) which do get bouts of blackspot due to our heat and then humidity with rains. It works quickly on them and they come back flourishing and healthy.

I have tried all the various garlic methods but can't stand the stench and would prefer to plant garlic bulbs under affected plants.
