    Since we're talking about money matters, I just discovered that I've still been paying for a life insurance policy that was taken out by Nationwide when they gave me a mortgage in 1993. I sold that property in 1999 and paid off the mortgage but was completely unaware that the policy wouldn't be cancelled as well! Apparently it's the client's responsibility to cancel that policy so I have paid out almost �£1400 unnecessarily as I don't want or need a life policy as I have no dependents. Needless to say, they refuse to reimburse me a single penny!

    Grrrrr!
