    Hi guys,

My fence posts have been painted a few times and I have quite a few paint stains on them and I plan to clean them up. Can any of you recommend anything that will help me in getting them looking clean again? Is turps the best bet or is there something else I could use?

Im new to this site so Hi to you all! :thumb:

I would be inclined to use a scraper and some coarse sand paper to remove any paint stains. Or go the whole hog and rub them down completely and give them a new coat of paint.

    Could you cloak them over?

I started to try to clean them down today. I used turps, also sand paper, but was struggling. I ended up popping to B&Q to get some Ronseal paint that is good for concrete and they came up really good. They look like brand new.
