Well, cleared the front garden of all plants today.
Sad to see the honeysuckle shrubs go (3) and a fine specimen of a hebe.
Two azaleas were given to a neighbour with some of the monbretia.
    He also took a dahlia.
Other plants like marigolds and lobelia to name but a few, all in the tip.
Dug over and got out all the weeds and sprinkled granulated weedkiller on the soil.
I know I didn't need to do this, as I've covered the area with a weed surpressing membrane, but I'm thorough!
Have placed three terracota pots on the beds to plant up with whatever is required for the seasons and soon will dress the area with pea shingle. AH! Low maintenance. ;)
