Clearing Up a Bit

    My Borders are filling up with lots of lovely perennials.
    Problem is there are also a lot of growth / leaves around the base of plants.
    This is making it a bit hard for other plants to get their heads up.
    Is it OK to cut a few leaves back to make space. Or can you go to far with
    this sort of thing.
    Any ideas please.

    Providing it's your own garden, yes. I would guess you could go too far and it might pay to ask here in detail per plants...

    It depends completely on what the plants are. :noidea:
