Such a shame that I have had to carry out a major cut back on my Clematis Montana. It was really getting a hold of the garage roof and looks a real treat when in bloom. Im sure it will survive and flourish again. Reason is the felted roof leaks and Im having the whole lot replaced with a fibre roof. I have a local company doing it so I cut a deal and got a good price. No middleman or sales person to pay suits me just fine.
