Oooh it's ages since I posted anything here..Hi there everyone :D

I'm in need of advice. I would like a nice climber for some trellis that will be hiding the area where my compost bins and water butt are. The area gets quite a bit of run off water and can be quite soggy, though the water does drain away gradually. Any ideas?

    Thank you :D

howabout the chocolate vine, Akebia quinata? or the climbing hydrangea, H. petiolaris? there are quite a few in the RHS encyclopaedia of plants and flowers in the plant selector section. If you haven't got the book, try the RHS site, and go for the Plant Selector. If it's working, it's very useful. http://www.rhs.org.uk/rhsplantselector/default.aspx
