I thought I'd try this lot out, as they offer quite a good range of climbing plants at very keen prices. My plants arrived today, just two days after ordering. They are small (approx 7 cm pots) but bushy and healthy, as well as sturdily packaged. Best of all, postage was free!

Do they have any tropaeolum speciosum then?

Sadly, no. Maybe they figured it would be best to stick to plants which actually grow :hehe:. Good luck with yours, though.

They do have Russian Vine - free postage! It's described as being great for covering unsightly neighbours.

Speaking of Russian Vine - the one I planted in the chicken run had to be moved. Every time it tried to send out new shoots, the chickens ate them! So I've moved it back to the original location it was planned for, outside the front of the house. Wish me luck!

Saved that website in my favourites though - it looks good. Did you order clematis?

I'd keep an eye on those chickens if I were you, Aaron ... who knows what a diet like that has done to them? It'll be Hitchcocks The Birds all over again.`:hehe:

No, I was after a couple of honeysuckles - 'Darts World', an evergreen japonica which has lovely red-flushed flowers. I'm going to have to stay on their case - they may not be quite as vigorous as Russian Vine but they will take over if you don't watch them - but we've put up a rather dismal fence to block out the slum property next door and I need some coverage.

The plants from this supplier are small - so it's not the place to buy something which you want for immediate impact. I'm not worried about buying Japanese honeysuckle in this way as I know from experience that once they've got their roots down there's no stopping them
