Clovelly Gardens

    On our travels in North Devon this week, we came across the little gem that is the Clovelly Estate walled garden. We virtualy had the place to ourselves and it proved to be a peaceful idylic haven. Feast your eyes on the vegetable garden and the greenhouses. :-)

    I appologise for the number of pictures but it was such a fantastic place.

    Don't apologize, fmay, I enjoyed following you through the whole garden, it was almost as though I was there myself.

    I love the old walls with the espallier fruit trees on them, not to forget the blackberries. There appears to be something of everything growing, and all of it so lush looking.
