Before you say and a merry Christmas to u to.... That's what I am going to try this year...with lemons, and loads of other citrus fruits from the left over's of the Christmas fruit bowl .... Nothing goes to waste here, Even going to try pineapple from the top and from the seeds inside... First time with tropical plants should be interesting...

Jone - that's the spirit. Its well worth trying things - nothing lost. Citrus shouldn't be too difficult, I remember doing that when I was a kid. The coconut will be more interesting. :snork:

Have to keep going as I used to build customized motorbikes as a hobby now I cannot tell you how an engine wrks But I have found out how to have a go at this and besides a coconut tree in the middle of my tortoise pit will look good . Have a great Christmas .

Keep it in a pot and bring into conservatory or greenhouse, as I can't see it getting it that big
