    Pity they are not all green (I see one green one) The green ones go for more, the blue almost as much, but less, and the clear ones go for almost nothing

    There are some John, one still has the lable on from Days the chemists on Woodbridge Hill. They are wrapped up at the moment, but i'll see what others there are later.:)

      Nice gathering Zigs. I have a few in the basement. If I have time this weekend try to gather them and pic them here.

        That would be good Esther.

        Think i've mentioned this before, although can't remember if it was on here.

        When I was little there was a piece of land near the middle of Guildford that was used as a car park. When they decided to re develop it they scraped back the tarmac to reveal floorboards covering the cellars of bombed out buildings. Cars had been parked ontop of 6 inch pine boards that were open to the elements for 30 odd years that had probably never even seen any wood preservative.

        It was just sheer luck that one hadn't fallen through.

        I was there when they were clearing out all the old bottles from the celars, wish I could have got in there.

          My other half collects bottles, sounds much nicer than "alcoholic"
