      Once no sheep or cattle are let into it, flowers will take over on that poor soil.

        @Zigs Any idea what those flowers with the yellow heads growing in amongst the rocks are? They look very similar to these ones I found growing on the coast in north Cornwall last month. Never did find out what they were. :dunno:

        Rock Samphire. Crithmum maritimum.

        Got a fennelly taste to it, you can pickle it :)
