:thumb: You Know how sometimes you have those little corners in the garden that are just full of colour at certain times of the year... I am sure you all have them..

:) Well I have a couple of them & one of them is in full bloom at the moment..!!!:thumb: I leave this area to do it's own thing most of the time, except for the rockery bit on one side, as it is under the Birch tree & not allot of flowers or plants are that happy there. These are... :thumb: So I thought I would share it with you..

These are in the rockery on the side..

.Also a couple of pots tucked in at the back of the shed there, with Creeping Jenny & Pansy to keep an eye on it all...:D

Lovely colours Marley:thumb: I have some of the purple flowers that are in the top photo but havn't seen mine yet this year. Are they Brodia?

I too have the Lychnis Coronaria {Rose Campion} and also the Alba one like you have which was a new addition last year.We are finding they are just starting to spread round the garden and the cerese colour is fantastic:thumb:

I do like this time of the year when new things begin to flower as old plants die down until next year.:)

That is all lovely and colourful, Marley. I think that even on a dull day it would look cheery.

What a good idea of putting the Creeping Jenny in a planter, keep it under control! We have it everywhere, and it all came from a little bit brought from England years ago. As pretty as it is, it does get to be too much too quickly.

What is the name of the purplely-pink flowers under the title of "These are at the side", please? We have them too but never found out what they are called.

Hi KG I have written what they are in my above post.If you want any seeds I can send them to you later when they have set their seed and I have collected them.

I see as well Marley that you have some Lysimachia Punctata {garden loosetrife}.One of ur neighbours was showing us aroung her garden on Saturday morning and has the variegated one so is going to give us a bit in the Autumn which will go nicely with ours:thumb:

Thanks Kandy. We have the Rose Campion and it comes back every year by itself. Now I have the name, thanks! and I have made a note of it in my flower book, in English, German and Latin.

Claire, don't worry. I'm learning slowly on how to post photos and am also learning how to take good photos.
