Dear Guido - Please come back, because this lot (of all Parties) certainly need your attention !!!!!

 

While we're at it, can we please have our nice British Bonfire Night and 'penny for the Guy' back, instead of the godawful 'Trick or Treat'? It's extracting money with menaces, rather than voluntary giving. Round here it's just become an excuse for teenagers, armed with rotten eggs and heaven knows what else, to scare the bejesus out of pensioners who live alone I don't get much bother these days since Mr Grumpy (aka OH) lost his rag a couple of years back and nearly stuck a few stink bombs somewhere appropriate. But I still dread the knock on the door and I tend to keep the lights out until it's all over.
