Can anyone tell me what causes plants to come up blind?
Crocus & Daffodils, and now Tulips & Iris, of which I have several (although some Tuplips have flowered).
We dug everything up and rearranged it all in Autumn and I'm wondering if there's some corrilation? Could it just be because the plants are recovering from the upheavil? Or is there another explination? Needless to say I'm a quite dissapointed.

It could be caused by the upheaval, Beki. It could also be that they are planted to deeply. All you can do, is wait and see what happens next year.:)

    Hi Beki,

I tend to just leave my bulbs where they are, with a few exceptions, they multiply and come up very well - unless Arnie plants his hairy backside on them that is :D
