Community Fruit Gardens

    Having been a regular visitor to one near Shepton Mallet I was thrilled to find one in Bridport.

    Only small trees so far but the notice said, turn up at 10am on the second sunday of each month to help out with weeding, digging etc.

    Will go along this sunday, gotta be a good chance to network with like minded badgers. There are allotments next to the site too so should get to meet & exchange plants/ideas/diseases with a few people.

    Any members in Dorset/Devon up for that /

    Or does anyone else have similar schemes operating ? :)
