    Good morning.

I've been searching for a compact compost bin with no luck. Ideally I want one that is less than 200L - has anyone seen one? I'd like it to be closed as my heap at the moment is attracting pests and it will only get worse as summer comes.

I understand that you don't really want to compact your compost but I don't have enough compostable material to fill anything big.

Recently made a worm bin out of a girt blue barrel. Did have a wooden bin built of scafold planks, but the rats gnawed thru that.

Just drilled a load of holes in the bottom, mounted it on a stack of bricks with a metal grill to stop the rats. Put a tray to catch the liquid feed underneath. I noticed that was filling up with drowned maggots. Annoyingly too small for fishing.
