Complete gardening beginner.. needs help!

Hey everyone,

I’ve just moved house (Yesterday!) and in the garden of my new house is a
Flower bed.. in said flowerbed are a random
Selection of flowers and plants but I have no idea what they are with the exception of some roses but are they dead? Or if not how an earth do I salvage them? I really want to make this bit a really nice area but I just don’t know what I’m doing! :( can anyone tell me what the other plants
Are too? And again can I do anything to bring them back to life?

You need to posts some pictures so we can see the plants you mention.

 

But surely Em's can get knowledgeable advise here too!.. (with some photo's) Just saying.

 

What @Sheal means @Jymi riddler is that Emily will get a better response by posting in the appropriate area as this one is for introducing yourself to us.
Some people may not visit this section , unlike me....I nose around and pop up everywhere!!

But yes definitely include pics...lots of them....we love them!!!
