    Hello fellow gardeners.

I bought 3 70lts bags of composted bark from my local garden centre a last year. They no longer stock this anymore :(
I have browsed the internet looking for 70litre bags of composted bark and can't seem to find any. You either have to buy bulk bags which is coming in at £140 :help:

If any of you guys know of any UK suppliers that stock 70 litre bags of composted bark fairly cheap, please let me know.

    Thanks.

Have you tried Wickes? They had huge piles of bark bags I think

What do you want to use it for? I bought some cheap grow-bags from B&Q that seemed to be filled with composted bark. It was pretty useless as compost, might be OK for a mulch.

I bought about 9 bags of it to improve my heavy clay soil.
I also use it for a mulch. It's excellent to supress weeds.

Don't worry you weren't the only one who bought that rubbish:yez:

As for composted bark, our local council deliver wood chippings to our allotment several times a year,so I get all I need for free!
