    Hello,

A friend has a conference pear tree, it's been great for years he says and last year it started to look a bit poorly.
It was very dense, so he trimmed it back and opened it up.

It started to grow very well in spring, but now the leaves are curling and have black spots.

    Any ideas?

Not sure about the black spots looks like scab of some kind, but there looks like a possible aphid attack.
Bit of a dead snag in the last picture.
