Confirmation on these please

    Back in December I saw what I believe are Poppy seedlings, literally dozens and dozens of them. At the time I thought they were weeds. Today I had a look at them again. I googled them and they look similar but I'm not totally sure. They are mainly in the beds where I had Poppies last year, but there's a few scattered about too, which is why I think they are Poppies. I didn't think the seeds would have germinated yet. If they are Poppies and we get frost will they survive? Should I lift some and pot them as insurance measures? I think they could maybe do with thinning out abit as they are very congested. IMG_20190119_1531240_rewind.jpg

    They do look like the leaves of the wild poppies. Can't be certain. Some of ours are in leaf as well. :blue thumb:

    I'd say Poppies as well. If they are I'd leave them as they're hardy. Also, Poppies don't like any root disturbance as they send out long tap roots
