    Hi all,

I might be a bit premature here in asking this in early May, but there's nothing like being proactive!

My mind has already turned to autumn/winter and specifically the containers I have in the front garden. Everything I will have growing out there will stop flowering in October time and I'd like to ensure I have some colour coming out around that time and throughout the winter months.

I know literally nothing about this topic, so I wondered if people had some suggestions? And when I'd ideally need to source/plant these?

Remind us what you will have in the pots throughout the summer because, depending on what you have in there could make the difference between completely changing everything in the container or simply making a couple of swops.

I actually have a plethora of pots, most of which will not be used this summer (gifts from a downsizing sister in law!). So they'll likely be plopped straight into these new containers rather than any of the summer pots.
