Don't worry, the increasing number of potholes we're seeing due to the cuts in council's treasure chests will slow us all down!

Fantastic, that made me laugh. I know one young lad that needs something like that before he'll get the message. He boasted about doing 90mph down a quiet street, and when I got annoyed at him and asked him how he expected to stop in time if a kid stepped out from behind a parked car, he boasted about his fast reactions.
The wife, my son and I nearly met our demise when he hit a big pothole at about 40mph. It was dark and slightly foggy so I didn't see the crater until it was too late (we were on a 60mph road but I was doing about 40mph due to the conditions). The jolt that the car took was so violent I initially thought I'd hit some unseen car. The jolt was so bad I temporarily lost control and the car ended up on the wrong side of the road and I had to do some pretty fancy steering to get the car back on course without crashing. The road it happened on is normally quite busy, and we could have been in a head on collision, but lucky for us someone was smiling down on us that time, as the road was unusually quiet.

I thought it was strange, the cars in the video were not going very fast at all, for that kind of road.

If the Kent Police see this, they will want one.:D

Seem to spend a large chunk of their budget on traffic control, I'm sure a bit more of our money spent on crime would be appeciated.

Police around Matlock already do this, but no missiles as yet.
Helicopter pops up from behind a wall and you're nicked. Roads higher than the valleys so it is a bit scary when it happens. Not had the pleasure myself.
